Track Your Order

Check the status of your order with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How tracking works

  • We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days after payment.
  • When the parcel is handed to Deutsche Post DHL, we email you the DHL tracking number. The order status above then shows “Completed”.
  • DHL delivers within Germany in 1 to 2 working days. You can follow the parcel on the DHL website with the tracking number.
  • If you have a customer account, you can also see all your orders under My account.
